This is the best apartment community in North Fayetteville. The management is always friendly and the apartments and grounds are well-kept. I have not had a problem with the noise. A suggestion for the other poster with a noise problem: call the management and/or call the cops. The managemnt won't know about the problem if you don't tell them! Be proactive about the problem or else you have no right to complain about it.
I would highly recommend this community to anyone moving to the Fayetteville area.
