APARTMENTS/FACILITIES: Well maintained
Apartments are large and open with good size walk-in closets. I have lived here for almost a year and am pretty happy. My only complaint is the LARGE water bugs (large cockroaches) that I find in my apartment to often. The staff is good about coming over to spray, so I can't blame them. I think it might be messy neighbors...but I am leaving, moving to Charlotte anyways.

I have been told to stay out of Fayetteville. Is this true? We are looking to relocate from michigan for a teaching job in Hope Mills.

Fayetteville is not the best place in NC. Full of soldiers... which is a good thing... however, since they deployed a lot... there are a lot of unwelcome visitors trying to take advantage of their unguarded goods. Crime is getting worse. Traffic is hell... accidents on daily basis. Hope Mills is not too bad... but since Fayetteville is the big city... just be cautious. I have being there since March 2001.
