My husband and I moved here about a year ago and it has been perfect for us. The one bedroom is not spacious but it is comfortable. The office staff is fantastic and is what really sold us on the place. Maintance has also been quick and helpful whenever anything was needed. We are on the first floor which another poster blames for bugs. We haven't ever had a huge problem with that and just immediately let the office know any they will have someone come out to take care of it. The kitchen is very dinky but we're not huge cooks so it's nott been too bad. Lack of closets has been one of my few complaints. There is outside storage but inside there is only a big walk in closet in the bedroom but that's it.
Plenty of parking, nice wooded area set slightly back away from the road. I've always felt safe here and have frequently walked over to the nearby Walgreens. It's in the middle of town near the hospital so you do here the emergency helicopter flying over sometimes and there can be a lot of noise coming from the apartment upstairs but nothing too terribly obnoxious.
We will be very sad to move next summer for my husband's work but this has been a great first apartment for us.
