The living is over all ok. The staff tries to screw you over with money sometimes. Maintenance is not really fast at fixing certain things.

I'm not sure what your problems were with Village Gate as you don't specify but I've never had any issues with the people there. The women at the front office are fantastic and part of the reason we moved there was we felt so comfortable with those who run it. All maintance issues were handled quickly including an emergency where someone had to come in the middle of the night.

Our priority is customer service to our residents. Unfortunately we can only correct what concerns are brought to our attention. I personally am not aware of any issues involving concerns of this nature and would like to apologize if this is something that has made one of our residents doubt our sincerity,honesty and customer service. I encourage our residents to come in and speak with me or the Office staff with any and all concerns and compliments that they have. We truly love our residents and appreciate all those who uphold the community guidelines that are set forth for everyone equally. Our residents longevity speaks for it self. With residents living here for 23 plus years, I believe they are happy here at Village Gate as I know that any new resident will be as well. Karen Valenzuela, Property Manager
