I've lived here for about a year now and I do intend to stay as long as I'm in Fayetteville. I like my apartment and I don't have any problems with my neighbors. I like the girls in the office and I really like the maintenance guys. Windtree is not new, but my apartment was clean and well-maintained when I moved in and my rent is ok. I would recommend this place to anybody with a budget in mind.
