A decent apartment!

When moving to Fayetteville, I looked at several apartments. Most of them were scary to look at. They were very dated, messy, and the upkeep was terrible. Windtree was a nice surprise. The apartment was nicely maintained with new kitchen appliances and carpeting (ask for newer additions). Even though there is some dated wallpaper in some rooms, the space was wonderful(I have a 2bed/2bath). When I first moved, I had a few problems and maintance fixed them immediately. Management has recently changed and a few things have also changed with it. A lot of the previous landscaping has been removed and visually you will not be impressed. I have also experienced problems on rainy days. The excess sand caused by removing trees and bushes turns to mud during a storm and turns the sidewalks into a mud slide. Also be careful if you have any pets or want a pet. The new management wants you to pay 300 dollars per pet! Overall, I enjoyed my apartment, but I warn you that they plan to raise rent to 700.00 a month in the near future.
