I lived in Windtree for 2 years. They have horrid wallpaper in the bathrooms and kitchen. The model doesn't have that ugly wallpaper like the one I lived in. Maint. was pretty good at fixing things within a few days. For the office staff, well, they went through 4 different managers while I was there. The assistant manager Angelica is the worst. Anytime you ask her for anything, she acts like its an inconvenience to her, or she rolls her eyes. She is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I thought it was the office staff's job to meet the resident's needs. Also, when you move out, they make up some excuse to take money from you. Also, there were so many car break-ins, when I asked the office staff if they could put up cameras to survey the parking lot they said that Janice (which manages all the properties) said no because it would cost too much. This company is shady!I would not recommend it.

I totally agree with this person. The assistant manager has the worst attitude.
