The management was very rude I lived at this place for 3 years, only because I couldn't afford to move, and the first year was great actually. Maintenance is a absolute joke. They never want to fix anything major. As long as your dishwasher goes and toilet clogs they will fix it but don't let the 20 year old air conditioning system go out, you will bake with your young children as you wait two days for someone to come fix it. They will threaten you if they are annoyed by you and the head of Floyd properties backs up her little manager. This is a prejudice place and they abuse military tenants don't live here. Buy a home avoid this shady place all together.
