This place is horrible.

First of all, I don't know why they started calling it "garden homes." There is no garden. In fact, they don't even cut the grass until the weeds are knee-level. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Maintenance is OK, but look out when they have to call in their contractors for special jobs. They are messy and irresponsible...even left the door wide open and my neighbor (thank God) had to bring my dog back to me.
This place is full of thugs. They play loud music all day and night and hang out in the parking lot at all hours. There are break-ins. There is never enough room for parking unless you like to walk a quarter mile to your door. You can hear EVERYTHING above you and next door because the walls are so thin. They do not monitor the pools or "car washing" stations, so you have people who don't live there constantly on the property using things. If you are smart, you will find something else. There are many better places to live in Fayetteville for basically the same price.

All the apartment complexes in Fayetteville went through a rash of car breakins.
