We just moved out (thank goodness). They tacked on a $15 fee for holes in the bathroom wall that were there when we moved in (said it wasn't on the walk through so we had to pay for it), $16 for drip pans (what the eff'). Our friends moved into the same apartment. After they charged us $80 two weeks ago to get the carpets cleaned, they increased their rent saying it was b/c they put in new carpet and laminate flooring. They are completely lying, my husband was there two weeks ago doing the walk through and the carpets were still wet. Also the holes in the bathroom they charged us for (said they were fixing it) are still there!! They are extremely rude and I agree with the other posts they completely take advantage of military.
