The staff is ok. The building is old and there is lots of renovation work needed to the building. The parking issue is terrible because people who live two apartments down can decide to park right in front of your door. We live near noisy neighbors on both sides and you can hear everything going on next door. There is no form of security other than you looking out for yourself. This place has no playground area for kids so if you have kids not a good move. Our carpet was also supposedly cleaned before we moved in but in every spot we walk, there are black spots. Definitely not work $635 a month being the buildings are so ancient. I say, think twice before thinking about living at Woodstream.
