I HATE this place, I can not wait until my lease ends and I can move!

Mostly, it's the neighbors that are horrible. GHETTO fab to the max! Very obvious drug dealings, constantly having giant drunken parties. People come and go all night long, barely able to stand, but they'll get in their car so that they can go and pick up more guys.

My brand new truck was crashed into, smack into the side. While it was parked. >.< And the person didn't have insurance, of course.

The only nice thing about this place is that they have a big pool. But, there are trees all the way around it, so when people light up (and they do, just sit there chain smoking), it's a death trap of smoke.

People will blare their

music day and night, the same song... on repeat. My walls will shake because of how badly they have the base turned up. When I did make a complaint to the office, I ended up getting threatened by my neighbor, and the office didn't actually do anything. No repairs have been made the entire year I lived here. Whenever you use the bathroom upstairs, the waste water drips downstairs, you can hear it hit the AC pipes. When I asked them to fix it, they just cocked it up.

If all you want to do is sit at home 24/7 by collecting well-fare or being a baby's momma to a military man, doing drugs, blaring rap music, and sleep with random people, then this is the place for you!

If you except anything slightly decent, pay the extra money and live somewhere else, anywhere else.
