I've lived here since September of 2006 with my husband. Our apartment specifically I have no major complaints about. Everything works well, and when it doesn't the problem has been fixed within a reasonable amount of time. My one MAJOR complaint with our place was that it was infested with fleas when we moved in, and I had to suffer through a bad amount of itchy flea bites before we were able to bug-bomb the place.

As for the complex as a whole, I think its quite nice. Tennis courts, a swimming pool, and pines, pines, pines. Sometimes the neighbors can be a little noisy, but we've never had any major problems with it. When our down-stairs neighbors started playing their music very loudly at inappropriate hours, a few well-timed stomps on the floor solved the problem.

Also, the complex itself is in a very good location. Within walking distance to Best Buy, Target, Food Lion, Pet Smart, Linens 'N Things, and Marshall's, just to name a few. Most people would prefer to drive, but my husband an I have found it a pleasant walk. Also, less than a mile from the mall and many MANY restaurants.

I'm not a huge fan of the laundry room, but I'm glad its there. Its $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry, and the driers very rarely get our laundry dry at all. I feel its a little over-priced and not very quality machines, but again I'm glad its there for the convenience factor.

It's too bad dogs aren't allowed because I would really like to get one, but I understand why. Other people aren't able to keep their dogs quiet or cleaned up after, and that would bring down the whole place a lot. If you do plan on having a cat here, do yourself a favor and make sure the place is free of fleas first.

Over all, not a bad place to live.
