I really like the set up of a loft and the two bedrooms upstairs that were connected, atleast when we were about to have a baby. It would have been nice for us to have a "baby room" and still be right there. Then i realized how bad it had to have been for anyone else that had older kids around 8 and the older it was from there the harder it would be. Even with friends or family that may stay in that room completly takes away the privacy with paper thin walls and doors. The rent was pretty high considering the stove was probably oler than I am. This being my third apartment by the age of 22. It was set up nice for me and my wife, but i think it lags alot for a family with more than one kid, or older kids.
