When i first saw the apartments i wasnt too impressed- to be honest it looks like a camping site LOL but they were the cheapest we found so me and my husband said- lets try it. well within the first week our A/C didnt work the day we called the office and told them it didnt work was the SAME day they came out and started to work on it. they gave us a portable and set it all up and after 2 days of them trying to get it to work they replaced the whole system! i was so happy. then about a month we noticed our freezer was not working right so we called the office and within (no joke) 20 minutes they were here and they replaced the whole fridge! they also called us about another month in to make sure everything was working right! they are very friendly people. yeah its old and the stairs creak but ITS OLD you should be sorta expecting that ya know' the only drawback on this place is you have no yard and you cant have dogs- thats my ONLY complaint- otherwise its awesome!! and definitely worth your money!!
