This complex has the biggest waterbugs or cockroaches I have seen and earwigs crawl the walls. My air conditioner went out every 2 weeks and when they fixed it they took at least a week to do so (and its still broke..too cheap to replace the unit). Assigned parking doesn't mean anything here because people always take your park, children are really noisy, older children are outside in the parking lots at night (smoking and drinking), the pool area is a joke, weed or marijuana smoke plagues my building, and the dog owners let there dog "go" anywhere leaving foul smells and a nice treat for people to step in. The rent is too high for this place it should at least be a $150 dollars cheaper...be careful they will cheat you on your rent money if you don't keep accurate records.

This place is becoming a joke. They never answer their phone and never return phone calls if something is wrong. They will put late notices on your door even if you were not late. You have to call a half a dozen times to get them to come and fix something then they half a_ _ do it. They will leave a mess and no one seems to care. They want to go up on your rent 100.00 a year. They are also starting to charge people $500.00 if their pet is over 10 pnds. The apartments are getting ran down. They tried to pretty it up and they also have security now, just so they look good. The parking places is a big joke. Their cleaning people and their maintenance people will park in your spot. I came home one day and had to park in the visitor parking spot because the cleaning ladies were in my parking spot. I called the office and of course no answer and no call back.
