This place is a joke. They never answer their phone and never return phone calls if something is wrong. They will put late notices on your door even if you were not late. You have to call a half a dozen times to get them to come and fix something then they half a_ _ do it. They will leave a mess and no one seems to care. They want to go up on your rent 100.00 a year. They are also starting to charge people $500.00 if their pet is over 10 pnds. The apartments are getting ran down. They tried to pretty it up and they also have security now, just so they look good. The parking places is a big joke. Their cleaning people and their maintenance people will park in your spot. I came home one day and had to park in the visitor parking spot because the cleaning ladies were in my parking spot. I called the office and of course no answer and no call back.

Absolutely correct. I moved to Bryan Woods and it was a very big mistake. This place is overrun with gangs and drugs. The tenants are dealing drugs and are allowed to make noise at any time of the day or night. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Don't move here!
