I have been looking for an apartment here for the last two weeks and the staff have been cheerful and attentive. The property seems very nice and quiet. I love the large open areas with grass and trees. Also rents are very reasonable compared to my current property. I am waiting for my application to pass and I look forward to moving in.

Interesting that you can rate this apartment complex when you haven't lived in one at Bryan Woods yet! After you move in we'll see if you feel the same way when you have a problem wth the apartment itself. You described the exteror areas quite well; however, you will not be living outside! Yeah, I guess you could say the rent is reasonable but you are not getting what the rent covers. Good luck at Bryan Woods The complaints on the site about this apartment complex are real. Just putting the truth out there. Your rating makes me think you are with management/owner.
