Crackheads, thugs, and drunks roam the property 24-7. Due to my current financial situation, I cannot afford to move. When Hunt Mgt. owned this property, it was marginal. Now that Lexington Asset Mgt. has taken over, it's disgusting. If you call the police about loud music or all night parties, you're then threatened by the same residents you complained about. I have called the police a few times and even the cops said what a low life place this is. A ------------------ resident who lived here for years, even had her car vandalized by thugs after complaining about their loud music, and the office staff did ABSOULUTELY NOTHING!. The office staff constantly make mistakes about the amount of rent that residents have paid and send undeserved late notices. The office manager, -----, is rude, inpolite and unprofessional. I don't see how the staff can sleep at night with the way they treat people. I have called the corporate office numerous times and spoken to ------, but nothing has changed.

I have lived here for years, and if this was true, I would not still be here. Thsi office staff, in my opionion is better than before, grounds, signs, and they seem to care alot more than before. So to whom this is, buzz off, are you mad because you got evicted and did not pay your rent.

WOW, we are all happy for you. However, the majority of the reviews for this complex are negative. I have never been evicted from a place of residence and have always paid my rent on time and honored all contracts. Just remember the renting office has an obligation to the rentor. I can only summize from your "buzz off" comment that you must be MANAGEMENT! Continue to have a happy life at Bryan Woods -Lexington Asset Management. Obviously, the rest of us didn't and was not willing to spend our hard earned money for disrespect.

Buzz off, you must feel offended. Worry about your new home and stop worrying about Bryan Woods. I have lived here for years and people like you make it hard for working satisfied tenants like myself to have a happy home.
