I had lived here for 2 years and have had trouble with my dishwasher, leaks and ac. The workers were incompetent, at best, most of the people who live here are rude and nosy and the anemities were laughable! (The pool looks like it was only cleaned once a year, the laundry rooms had roaches the size of small kittens and the...wait, those are the only things they give you)This is one step above the slums and is frequented by suspicious activities. Don't move here unless you have no money and a love of big roaches.

Then why did you live there for two years if you were that unsatisfied? I am not sure how you seem to think that living there in 2005 and 2007 would help be an accurate rating when it??s the middle of 2009. Just so you know the pool was completely redone and looks great. By the way just a little information for you so you don??t sound incompetent yourself, the pool inspectors have to inspect the pool before it opens and periodically throughout the season in order to keep it open. If the pool were as disgusting as you claim it would have never passed inspection in the first place. My girls really enjoy playing in the pool! The laundry rooms are brand new now and have brand new machines in them. They are no longer coin operated either. The laundry rooms, stay locked now with the new code locks. I happen to think that people being what you call ??nosy?? is a good thing for our community here. But if you have something to hide then yes ??nosy?? people might would, bother you. I take pride in where I live and we need more people that do like the elderly gentlemen that helps pick up trash in the mornings. If only we all had more time and less attitude. Let me be the first to thank you for finding alternate housing. The last thing we need is more people that fester and rot, dwelling on all the negative aspects in life. What we need are more people willing to help make a change and a difference at all costs. The couple a few doors down from me, have been here I think he said going 31 years now. They continue to do everything that they can to make their section look well kept and inviting. Good luck to you in improving your status in life!
