Very Bad Service

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
I have lived at Heather Park for about 3 years and until recently have had good service. Within the last month the service has gone down hill. The office staff is non responsive to the needs of the resisdents. I have made 3 attempts to get some things repaired and I have been ignored. But you better believe if I did not pay my rent, they would want a response from me.
