the bluffs are absolutely horrible. Management (still) sits in office everyday, the place isnt taken care of, kids will destroy things outside (cars, boats, etc.) because they are not supervised (STILL). I would not reccomend this place to ANYONE. I am a current resident and once our lease is up, we are getting out of here asap. This place is one of the worse apartment complexes around. Also, when using the laundry facilities, usually 1 or 2 of the 3 washers are broken, and the dryers RARELY work.
