Cons: There are too much traffic and noise..loud music coming from cars. We tried not to open the windows and door b/c of the traffic we get..constant cars coming through. There is a elementary school nearby and traffic will back up between the hours of 7-8am & 3-3:45pm. Our place is always cold due to no sunlight getting in...even though it's 70 degrees out, our place feels like 50 degrees.
Pros: The staff are nice and friendly...can be chatty at times. There are a few police officers at the complex and therefore, makes it more safe. Service calls are usually fixed in the same day or next.
Suggestion if you want to live here:
Find an apartment that will give you sunlight and one that is away from the main entrance.
