The countertops in these apartments are cheaply made and VERY porous!! They will charge you $300 to "refinish" the countertops when you move out, just because you have a stain. The apartment complex doesn't tell you this when you move in though and there is no "wear and tear". If there is a stain, then they will charge you.

This property targets pet owners!!! There is a $200 fee (per pet) and a $20 pet rent.
These fees are to have the "luxury" of having your pet live there. I know of several people who have small dogs, they cleaned the carpets when they left (aka they left the carpets in MUCH better condition than when they moved in), and were charged a $250 bill to clean "pet stains" that were not present when they moved out!

You can write a letter of dispute but the corporate office will just ignore it. And there were many people who had pets that were over the limit and did not report having a pet. The management turns a blind eye to those who break the rules, targeting those who were responsible and honest enough to tell the complex that they have a pet (but charging them to "treat the carpets for pet stains").
Don't waste your money!!!!
