This apartment complex has good sized apartments at a decent price per sq ft. Unfortunatly the quality of the apartments is horrible. My family lived there for three years. We had a terrible time getting the management to do any maintenance and we lived with a ceiling in our apartment that was falling down, the roof joists we so old a rotten they could barely support the roof. They recently(2003) put on new viynl siding on all the regular apartments, of course that was over the rotting wood that had covered the place. The is a very bad roach problem and the apartment does not spray on a regular schedule like they say they do. Also be careful because the management of the complex will try to squeeze you for every last dime and will go so far as to tell lies about the lease agreements.
