I have many time about the children in the area, which are numerous and the noise they make. There are literally at least 4-5 children right underneath my window every hour of daylight after school lets out. I have asked the parents and the leasing office but no one seems to take care of the issue. I wish to God I would have never moved here b/c trying to study for my doctorate is almost impossible! Beware!!!! Also unless your neighbors have their lights on, there is NO LIGHTING and could be very unsafe.

this is bull i have been here over a year and this is the quietest place i have ever lived. As for lighting there is a dust of dawn light on every corner. Pay your rent on time and you probably would not be complaining

No THAT is bull. There are kids running around touching people's cars all the time!! The lighting is fine since the old manager got us new lights but the new manager sucks. Ever since they changed management nothing gets fixed. Ever. And apparently that's my fault for not calling it in when I called it in about 3 times.
