I've lived at Georgetowne Woods for about 1 1/2 years. This is my first apartment, so, for the price, it seemed fairly decent. My maintenance requests are usually handled promptly and the office staff is very kind. That said, there is a persistent mold problem and I get ants every time I cook during the summer (and I'm not messy!). Also, since the complex is old, my utilities are much higher than they should be. I should not be paying a $150 electric bill for a 1 bedroom apt. Very difficult to heat or cool consistently.
