I lived in this apt. community a while back. Had to sue them for my deposit. They are crooks...try to keep your money. They don't pick up trash on the property or screen residents very well since there was a drug bust right across from my property. A bunch of employees that have no experience..not a good way to run ANY type of business. I got out after 6 months! I also had three friends out there...none of them renewed leases. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I couldn't agree with you more. The same thing happened to me. They tried to say that I owed them for pet damages-I didn't even have a pet, and they also tried to charge me to replace the carpet-which I found out wasn't replaced, and on top of that by law they can't charge you to replace brand new carpet at that rate when it wasn't new to begin with. All of Southwood Realty properties suck, the whole place is ran by crooks, and they try to keep everyone's money.
