I have now lived here 3 & 1/2 years (we have been searching for a house but have stayed here til we find a house, since we love it so much) with my family, husband and two small boys (Noah, age 3 & Aiden almost 3 months). We have had nothing but the upmost respect for the office and all thier hard work and dedication to us and fellow neighbors/neighborhood! Kelly is an awesome/terrific manager and is willing to go out of her way to solve any problems you many have. The maintanence staff is the best of any apartment community I have lived in since leaving my parents home and moving away to attend college at UNCC. Jack, one of the maintence men, is the absolute best at what he does and does it with such dedication and will be there to fix anything within one or two days, if not the SAME VERY DAY!! He has even been so sweet as to come by and check on my oven last week to see if someone had fixed it yet. My unit had went out on my oven the previous week on that Thursday and the maintence man told me they would need to order the part and it would be in on Monday or Tuesday. Then by Wednesday just because I had seen Jack on Friday and told them what happened, he came by to make sure it had been fixed. As soon as I told him it had not, he left and within ONE HOUR was back to fix it. And among other things, since he was already in my apt. he went out of his way to fix a drip in my sick and ice maker, hall toilet (that had previous been leaking and wobbled) he fixed it so it now does not wobble: he did all of this the same day without me having to call in a work order. The office staff, now that we have the new manager, Kelly, and the maintanence staff are the very best! No hassles and not waiting. They will address any and every issue AS SOON as you call and speak with them! I love living here!! It's a wonderful community!
