this place is pathectic to say the least. save you and your family the headache and don't move here. staff=rude! this place is nasty. have you seen the halls and the ground especially the dumpsters' i dont know what happened but if the owners were smart they would fire the hole staff and hire new ones. i see people moving out all the time but i dont see anyone else moving back in! maintenance=SLOW. manager=-----. housekeeper=LAZY. i thnk the only one that is nice is the other girl in the office but she seems kinda dumb, i mean she always says i dont know when you ask her something. and dont try to reach teh manager because you'll always be told that she si with someone my God she must be with someone her hole day. the apartments only have 1 bathroom and the walls are thin, you can hear everything your neighbors do!!! the halls are closed in so when you come home you can always smell what your neighbors are eating. trust me if i had the monwy to move i would. i've been waiting for 2 weeks to have my maintenance stuff fixed and when i called the office they said it had not been put into the computer yet. why can't they just write it down and give to maintnence. the old manager was good though i mean a lot of people didnt liek her at first cause she was strick but she really changed this place around and got rid of all the scum. if i could find out what complex she went to i would move there because i know i wouldn't have to worry about all the stuff that goes on here. i wish i had better things to say but i just dont!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lived in the building of the person who wrote this review...she was a lonely, bitter woman who insisted on feeding every stray dog and cat who came near her patio. The noise from the barking dogs and the cats in heat, not to mention the feces, chance of rabies, etc., forced management to demand that she stop feeding them. The people who work here are ALL friendly and Pam, as manager, is fair but firm when enforcing the rules. The reviewer should be ashamed of herself for saying anything negative about someone who's just doing her job!

Pam, if your were smart and a "professional," excuse me if that word is too big for you, you would stay consistent with " I live in the building," and not get into what the management knew or demanded? man your stupid, with a capital S. Slummy landwoman for slummy apartments.

I think this is crazy! If I were interested at all in renting an apartment there this is a total turn off for me! I fail to see why when I look up all of the other ratings on all of the other apartments theres not a NASTY anonymous post defending the apartment complex. People are ENTITLED to have and opinion and everyone doesnt always have a good experience with living somewhere but we all need to be adults and respect the fact that they also have the right to say what they like or dislike about a place! Only a person "working" at the apartments would have knowledge about the complaints of the people who live in the apartments. I think that everyone should run fast and far to get away from this place until its under new management because obviously theres a 5 year old running the place so to that lady GROW UP!
