I lived at Mills Creek for a year and it was not a good experience. I have lived at many apts in the past and this one was the worst! First the management is Horrible, Barbara the Property Manager is not friendly at all. She is all about making the complex money! The other girls working for her are the same. Reading the other reviews the good ones are not from the residents of mills creek...Trust me! Please find another apartment community to live at I don't want anyone to have the issues I had with them.
