I've lived here before, I think the office staff is very rude! You can't have grills on the property'''' You can't do this you can't do that......I understand you need rules to balance your life. But give me a break....I wanna cook out!!!''' I know of someone living at the oaks who had a service request and the parts just sat on their patio'!' Great maintence!''

North Carolina state law prohibits open flames in contained areas, such as apartment patios/decks. The complex may provide grills in common areas. The law is not that uncommon around the country.
