Yes Orchard Trace does give discounts to teachers but its not worth it. I am a teacher that use to live at Orcahrd and my apartment was broken into twice. The first time not only was my apartment broken into but so were several other apartmenst and it was during the day. I did not know the area well when i move but the neighborhood behind Orchard Trace I later learned is bad. Orchard Trace's looks are very very misleading.
