Not The Greatest Place To Live

I have lived in Quail Woods for about 5 months now. I would not recommend this apartment to a friend because my car was broken into less than 2 months after moving in and the particular apartment that I live in is very old and run-down. I was told before I moved in that it was one of the "nicer" apartments and that new carpet would be put down. Neither was true. Everything from the celings to the floor is extremely old and you can tell certain things (like the kitchen counter tops) have been painted over serveral times. A friend of mine lives in Quail Woods also (and pays less rent than I do) but has a very updated apartment with new cabinets, flooring, & bathroom vanities. When I asked about getting a more updated apartment (before renewing my lease) I was told that my friend pays alot more rent than I do and that my rent would increase by almost $100 a month to change apartments. I will not be renewing my lease at Quail Woods and I would advise anybody looking at these apartments to be shown "the exact" apartment you will be moving into before signing the lease.
