I've been living here for a year. It's nothing spectacular, but it's not as bad as what a lot of people are saying. The apartments are old, and could certainly use an update. But keeping them this way is what keeps the rent cost down (I rented a 2bd/1.5ba townhouse for $575/mo).

We've had a few problems, and a few encounters with the staff. But like most places, if you approach the staff in a friendly, professional way, they are more than happy to help you...and they usually do so fairly quickly.

I've not had any problems with car break-ins, but I also don't keep anything valuable in my car that would be worth stealing. With a little common sense, you can probably live here pretty trouble free.

I'll be moving out soon, but that's only because my wife and I are tired of the apartment scene. We want to get into a house.

Just wait until you move out. You'll have to fight to get even a small amount of your security deposit back. And that's if your place is spotless when you move out. You're best bet is to just kiss that money goodbye.
