I have lived here for almost 6 months now and some problems that we had informed the staff of the day we moved in are still not fixed. We live on the 2nd floor and we have had many problems with the neighbors who live above us, we have informed the staff and spoken with the neighbors and nothing has been done about this problem. Some noise is to be expected, but when they run around all hours of the night, yelling at their kids and etc. something should be done. When we told the staff about the noise problem they said they would take care of it. It never got any better. So we talked to them ourselves and it got a litle better for a while. Then out of no where it got worse than ever and when we talked to the staff for the 2nd time we were informed that they were moving out and there was nothing else that the staff could do at this point. So in other words we are expected to live with this night after night, pay our rent on time and abide by the rules when these people are allowed to live how they want with no care in the world for others around them. My roomates and I are not renewing our lease and we will not recommend River Wind apts. to any we meet!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!My husband and I have been living here for about six months also on the first floor. The buildings here look nice but are cheaply made. We can hear people walking up the stairs, dogs barking, neighbors walking in their apartments above me, etc. We also have a dog also but have never lived somewhere where you can hear barking and everything that goes on in someone's apartment. Last night I think I heard my neighbor land on the floor. I was told by a neighbor that they are having the same problems also but there is nothing anyone can do because it is just the way the buildings were built. I too will not be renewing my lease. Don't live here!! Unhappy resident.

if you talk to the management team and i.d. the bung holes that are creating the problems they will be taken care of. i don't care who you are the staff, or the rent a cop cannot be at all places at one time. it does help if you let them know. and remember... these are apartments, you will always hear stuff that you don't want to hear as well as the neighbors don't want to hear your noise.

It's understandable that there will be noise, everyone understands that but when the noise is instrusive then something should be done about it. I lived there and the woman above me and 2 oversized boys that ran through the house and wrestled as well, during the day is somewhat okay but when it is late at night when I have to get up in the morning that is a problem. They would vacuum their rugs and hang up pictures around 11pm-12am. If your okay with that then this is a great place to live. But if you work daily this can be annoying
