I live at Riverwind and I love it. The staff is very friendly and always has been. They work with you if you have an issue. Since I have been here, the police were called twice for noise violation. The first time I did not realize that I was loud, I was on the phone trying to get information regarding my sick grandmother. I explained this to the staff and they were very understanding. The other day my neighbor called the police on me because my computer chair was squeeking. The officer was so upset that he had to come out for a chair. I spoke to the Property Manager who told me not to worry, they were very helpful and understanding. It is very quiet here and the my neighbors for the most part are friendly. The staff holds community meetings and even has parties for the tenants.

I would recommend Riverwind to anyone, it is a great place to live. I guess some people here thought they moved into a senior living community and want complete quiet. So, to them I say you should have checked to see if kids are allowed before you move in. There is always going to be some form of noise no matter where you go. Don't be so crabby and I am sure that for those who complained your neighbors are happy that you will not be renewing you lease.

Riverwind has lots of extras, gym, pool, laundry and even a car wash. Believe me, I have seen some of the other apartment complexes in the area and this is by far the best. Keep up the good work Riverwind!!!
