I have lived at The Patioits for a little over a year now , and I love it here .
I just renewed my lease .
The poperty is well kept , and i love the location .
The staff is always happy and helpful .
Maintence issues are handled right , and the first time .
The only problem I have is getting out of the comunity at high traffic times , but I'll take that
