I have lived in a lot of apartment complexes here in lovely Gastonia and I have to say that The Patriots is the best. The price is reasonable, the staff is great, the grounds look real nice and they actually repair things here like within a day or two of calling about it. That alone is unheard of at Southwood properties. I have had no complaints for over three years now. Love it..
