I have lived at the Patriots for 3 years now. Any issues or problems (very few!!), have always been taken care of quickly and efficient. The management staff are the best, they are always available(with smiles on their faces) with any question or concerns you may have. The maintenance staff are always on the "job", very efficient, professional and polite.. The location is great, you are away from the main road, with lots of trees and beautiful landscaping surrounding the apartments.(like living in the country) Yet you are close to all the shopping areas. You have the Greenway directly behind apts."with access", which runs directly to Lineburger Park(short walking distance) The sign at apt. entrance says it all, Welcome Home. Thank You to the Patriots staff!!!!!
