I'm not sure what is up with the last review. I have never had any type of "roach infestation" in my apartment. In fact, I have only seen an insect on occasion. As for noise, I have not experienced any noise disturbance that has been any worse than any other apartment I have lived in. The community is well taken care of, maintenance is great, the office staff is very attentive...I am very pleased. You may can find other apartments that seem similar, but believe me...the office staff can make all the difference! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

What section of the complex did you live in? The buildings on the lower end of the lot are actually built on top of a large sewage system, and during the drought, the sewer roaches come up through the pipes and come out of the sink and/or tub, especially during the drought. One major issue is that the drains in our two tubs were wide open. There were no caps on the drain at all, serving as an open invitation to critters in the pipes. Regarding the staff, they are perfectly fine UNTIL you run into problems and ask them to address it. We were forced to go over local management's head and go to the regional office for assistance. In the end, these issues were not worth the $1000/mo price tag.

$1000 per month? Are you sure you have the right place? I know that the "sewere bugs" or palmetto bugs have been around NC for years. Seeing one every once in a while isn't that big of a deal. They just die once they get in your house anyway. They only "live" outside.
