this isn't exactly the greatest place. It is definitely not worth the rent. The apartments are not up to date, the person(s) who painted the place just painted over any dirt and hair on the walls, the washers/dryers rarely work right,and the pine needles spread out on the ground are a hazard. You can hear everyone around you and the bedrooms are always cold. My neighbors are terrific. That is the only plus.

Good point with the painting issues. When we lived there we found out that in order to make the apartments look "fresh" they just come in with paint sprayers and spray EVERYTHING, including dirt/lint/dust/hairs on the wall. It was nasty. We couldn't even see out of our peep-hole because they painted over top of it.

that and the cheap carpet that stains easily and comes apart at the edges made things look so nasty. The cupboards in our kitchen were very cheap and the shelves "sagged".
