Bramblewood is a decent place to live, unless you have issues with your AC.(4 times and problem still was never solved) The rent goes up with every lease renewal. So if you plan to live here for awhile, sign an 18 month lease that way you can at least keep the rate the same for awhile. Management is very helpful and nice. It is convienant to many locations( traffic on Wayne MemorialDr. is hectic at 5pm) Pool was closed alot this summer:( Even with the minor problems it really is a decent place to live.
