I'm a current resident and I moved here last year. I have a lot of issues with the parking here. The parking is crazy. The resident have there friends and family come visit,and they park were the residents are to park. This mostly happens on the weekends or holidays. Management is aware but is unable to resolve the problem. This problems is in the area of the townhouses. There is no designated parking. Some of the residents are very nasty when it comes to policing themselves from leaving all kinds of trash on the ground or in the rear area of the townhouses. The pool closes at 7pm in the summer, along with the pool being closed after labor day for the remainer of the season. This is mostly due to residents that allow their family or
friends to come to the pool and drink beer in the area of the pool,of which is prohibited. I've seen several families moved in and out since I moved in the area. I'll be moving as well for I can tolerate the noice that comes from the parking lot for some of the residents friends visit late and play there radios so loud that you may feel like you live in the projects somewhere. I know that there are limited places to live that are reasonable in rent but the peace of mind is by far more important. The laundry room is small too. There are 2 places to do laundry and there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers for a complex this big is crazy. For it's not worth waiting for a washer or dryer. The management team is very nice and helpful, however they are unable to have control over the issues that are at Bramblewood.

Do not stay at this apartment!! I lived there for a couple of months, and there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen, Also they had a bad roach infestation problem, my husband ask the maintenance about it and their response was everyone has a roach problem.
