Apartments are older. Near AFB. Wood and brick construction. {paper thin walls, so that you can hear your neighbors 24/7. Being that they are near Seymour Johnson AFB, that means they are rented out by young airmen who have a desire to crank up their bass at all hours, as well as any other audible music or entertainment device. Also there is a problem with people who like leaving their garbage out on their back patios (and somtimes front porch) for several days to weeks. Maintenance at these apartments have also cut corners, and either use cheap replacement parts or do not show up at all. Parking is right in front of the apartments and if you live on the first floor you hear cars and their boom boxes all the time pulling in. There has been several occurances of robberies in the apartment complex.
The only thing these apartments have going for it is location.
Rent in my opinion is high for these apartments, as they should be around $350 a month, not the $450 they ask.

Not all airmen are noisy, jackass. Why don't you blame it somebody else like all the illegals running around there.

As of the review, anonymous, the problems at this complex have been all young military. You should read the whole review, but then again you must be of the sensitive type. I am military as well, but I try to respect my neighbors. I'm not saying that all airmen are the issue here. The real issue is the paper thin walls at this place. Management has just decided to flower up the place, and that is it. As far as illegals, there are none in these apartments that I know of. Police have been out here at times. An airmen had fought his wife, another who held a woman against her will beat her and he raped her, and airman just have loud parties during weeknights at all hours of the morning. Then again my point is not about airman. The fact is that is the majority of who live here. My point is that this is to get the word out that someone should consider this when going out looking for apartments. Now, where is the word "all" in that statement?
