This is the newest community in Goldsboro and has made a renter out of me for a long time. The rent is what you would pay for a nice place with all these extras. There are some places in town that are close to the same price without a fitness center or a nice pool (this is the biggest one)and there is always something fun going on. We have had coffee nights and bingo and pool parties, the staff makes it more enjoyable to live here. I admit a few people speed in the parking lot too fast for me, but that is my only complaint. This is the best place in Goldsboro to live, you will love the apartments (the 1 bedroom is huge) and the staff. Would definitely recommend.

Your right this apartment complex is one of the newest in the area and for the most part worth the cost. The downside to this is that the complex was poorly constructed. I can hear my neighbors flush the toilet all throughout the day. I can hear them vacuum, use the blender, and running their water. because of this, I have had noise complaints myself for my TV. Oh, and get this. I tested the office personel today in their integrity. I purposly paid my rent late to see if they would let my late fee slide or if they would make me pay it. Of course they required my to include the late fee or they would not except the payment and would have to start eviction paperwork within the next couple days. This is funny because my friend in the building across from me was late by a week last month and they did not make him pay the late fee and let him slide.
