Wow where do I start with the Legacy at Berkley Place! First of all if you smoke do not rent here... The management expects everyone one that lives on the third and second floor to go down to the bottom level and smoke since they refuse to leave cigarette receptacles on the floors. The Price is sky high, the staff is rude, the pool is small, and usually unaccesible in the summer time, which closes at 10 hopefully no Night Owls that like to get a relaxing midnight swim in decide to move here!, the staff will let a package sit at the office for several weeks without letting you know that it is there, the maitenance guys just drive around all day acting like cops in the parking lot, don't expect them to actually do their job like Fix Something, the apartments are cheaply made, YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE TIME TIME WARNER CABLE!!! They have a contract with them so everyone on the complex must have them! I guess no Sunday ticket for you football fans! By the way are they making money on Water! I have never had my water bill so High! If you rent a 2 bedroom expect to pay between $120 and $170 for Electricity, and that's barely comfortable. Arangements for furniture is limited to one since they are built in such an odd way, they have a pond which is a mosquito magnent WEST NILE ANYONE' There is only one trash receptacle so I hope you have an extra pair of walking shoes, oh and did you know that Lowe's (the home store) is stocking all night and they do have a loud speaker... very annoying! By the way someone syphoned gas out of one of my neigbors car in the middle of the night TWICE! I guess if you have absolutely no standards of living and their aren't any more homeless shelters available in Goldsboro this wouldn't be a too bad of a place to live... But then again... I would rather live in the gutter...
