My family has lived here a short time. We thought it would be great based upon the "look" of things. We quickly found out that this place is loud and annoying. Everything from ATV's driving through the parking lot at 3am, people peeing on cars during outside parties, and the music so loud that it vibrates your nightstand are what you can expect here. Not a family friendly place. Oh, and the water pressure is non-existent. Good luck getting your toilets to flush.
