This place seemed like a nice place to live, but once you move in, the staff is rude, the apartment is falls apart in a matter of months. The worst thing about it is, when you move out they expect you to have everything brand new again. The contract says everthing must be returned as is, except normal wear and tear. Trust me there is no such thing ass normal wear and tear to the guys. A friend of mine who moved out had to pay 1600 dollars to replace the carpet because of a couple stains that were just from heavy carpet traffic. And they couldnt patch it because, the carpet they used to use wasnt made anymore...not my faults. So even with the few comodities, its definately not worth the price, and the hassle of moving out.
