I am a current resident. Although newer...this is still typical "apartment living". You can hear your neighbors, not everyone is "neat", etc.
The apartments are neat and spacious. The ammenities are great too...a nice pool area (although the first really nice pool day brought out the trouble makers), grills, picnic tables, a fabulous theater room (rentable)... one thing I wish they had was a basketball area though...not everyone likes volleyball or badmitton! Anyway...all in all it's a VERY nice place!!!
